Application:
YJH-1801 air deformation machine is a new product independently developed by our company in recent years. It uses compressed air-jet processing method to process filaments to obtain similar fluffiness and certain characteristics of spun yarns. Different deformation processes are adopted to make the product air-jet textured yarn (ATY) with the appearance and feeling of wool-like, imitation cotton, imitation linen or imitation silk.
The machine can be used to make the FDY of polypropylene, polyester, nylon and other raw yarns into ATY for weaving through wetting, deforming and oiling.


Features:
1.The transmission system is driven by an AC synchronous motor. The inverter is controlled by the PLC and then to control the speed of the AC synchronous motor. Synchronous toothed belt transmission is adopted between the shafts to ensure accurate and reliable transmission.


2.Both sides of A and B are driven separately, and the process parameters can be set separately to adapt to the production of small batches with various kinds.

3.The W1, W2, and W3 roller structures are the same, all adopt multi-supporting large roller structure, the surface of the roller is hard chrome plated, and the fixed aluminum protection sleeve is installed between the rollers, which is convenient and quick to clean and entangle the filaments. The apron type pressure arm can be self-adjusting and quick loading and unloading, and the pressure adjustment is convenient. The three sets of rollers are designed for generalization, and each group of rollers is equipped with a filament transfer device.

4.The winding system is controlled by computer to realize anti-overlapping, anti-convexity and good unwinding, and big bi-conical forming.


5.Different varieties of filaments can be selected with different deformation nozzles. The air deforming box is made of stainless steel, which is beautiful and practical.

6.The cutter is controlled by a non-contact filament detector, the cut is neat and silk-free, and the reliability is high. Each section is equipped with a shredder separation device to facilitate the operation when the head is produced. When there is a broken wire during the spinning process, the broken wire sensor indicates that the raw yarn is cut to prevent the raw yarn from being wrapped around the roller.

7.The lubrication of drive bearing are concentrated lubricated. Use the grease gun to add high-speed bearing grease, and grease is delivered to each path through the main distributor.

8.Adopting optimized filament path, compact structure, smooth path, low breakage rate, high production efficiency, good air-jet textured effect, relatively low air pressure, high efficiency and energy saving.

Installation condition
In order to ensure the normal operation of machine and the quality of the processed products, ATY workshop should meet the following requirements:
1.Grid voltage:380V±10%  Three-phase frequency: 50Hz±1Hz , with good grounding system

2.Compressed air: temperature 25 ° C ± 5 ° C;
Stable operating pressure, range of 0.6 ~ 0.9 Mpa;
Impurities <0.2μm;
residual oil <0.2ppm;
relative humidity <30% (related equipment that meets these requirements are not included in the scope of supplying).

3.Operation environment: temperature 24 ° C ± 2 ° C; relative humidity 65% ± 5%.

4.The thickness of the foundation cement is ≥150mm, and the height deviation of ground level for installing the machine must not exceed 15mm.
